Baking found me during one of the hardest transitions of my life. I was straight out of grad school and questioning my career path. At the time, baking was just a hobby that I utilized to relieve stress after a long day at work. After one particularly difficult day, a crazy thought passed through my mind: what if I pursued my passion of baking as a CAREER?!
